Sponsors may acquire studies from other sponsors. Here are the steps for bringing in acquired studies into Disclose.
The studies should first be transferred in PRS to the acquiring sponsor's account.
Wait a day for the pub report job to run.
Download the study XML from PRS.
Import the study XML into Disclose.
The Initial compliance events will be automatically marked as completed by the pub report data. The study can then be managed as usual - i.e. roles can be assigned, and data can be updated / imported.
Please note: if the acquired study will not be transferred in PRS but will remain in PRS in a Sponsor A's account, a new Organization will need to be created in Disclose, in the Administration section, for Sponsor A with valid PRS login credentials (Sponsor A organization, username and password). As long as the PRF and Submission record contains sponsor = Sponsor A, the study will be uploaded to the correct PRS account.
