Issue
Some users choose to print the Forms > Print Preview screen to a PDF file that can be shared with Reviewers and Approvers. For large forms with many Arms and Adverse Events, users have reported timeout issues when trying to use the web browser's Print to PDF function. Please note that this is not a Disclose function.
Resolution / workaround
We have seen that using the FireFox browser's "Save as PDF" function works well for creating PDFs from large datasets. Please reach out to [email protected] if you are still not able to print to PDF and we can assist.
