SUMMARY
There are instances where Disclose cannot determine when maintenance is needed. In these cases, the user may add a user-initiated maintenance event. One scenario is for users to manage the approval process for documents uploaded into Disclose as attachments. Once an attachment is uploaded to the system, a user can create a Compliance Event associated with that attachment.
When creating a manual Compliance Event, at times it may not be appropriate for the workflow to follow the default template for the Compliance Event type. When necessary, a user can select the appropriate template to reference for the associated workflow.
How to assign a template to a Manual Compliance Event
Locate to the study wish to add a Compliance Event. Check out the study for editing. Navigate to Compliance. Click Add:
Populate the required fields on the Add Compliance Event popup. In the Workflow Template field, click on the dropdown and select the desired template to be used for the Compliance Event. In the screenshot below “COR_one_Step” has been selected.
Complete all fields; click Save.
Navigate to the Compliance Event, observe that it only has the One Step workflow associated with it
