Users can view the ClinicalTrials.gov PRS Reviewer (Major) QC Comments directly from the TrialScope Disclose application. When a Major QC (QA) Comment is added to the ClinicalTrials.gov PRS system, the TrialScope Disclose application gets notified during the nightly processing of CTGOV information.
Note: PRS doesn't require responses for the Advisory Comments as they do for Major Comments and as such it is not available in their Comments API for Disclose to receive.
How to view Major QA Comments
When a QC Comment record is added to PRS it will be included with the nightly download of PRS data. Once it is processed in Disclose, a link will be added to the study header to view the comments.
You can also view the PRS comments by navigating to Browse on the top navigation ribbon, selecting PRS Comments Status, and then choosing the study you want to review. Click on the study to see the comments.
When the View Review Comments link is selected, a separate browser tab will be opened that will display the QC Comment information that is in the PRS, allowing users to view the comments and edit the form concurrently:
