How to Subscribe to Reports

Note: Scheduling is available for the SSRS reports only (not Power BI).

The ability to create an SSRS Report Subscription is currently tied to an SSRS "Browser" Role which needs to be granted by someone with Administrative access. This is not a role found under Administration > User > Roles screen. For instructions on how to grant the SSRS "Browser" Role, please see "How to grant SSRS "Browser" Role to enable creating Report Subscriptions".

  1. Log in to Disclose.
Tip: If you encounter issues accessing or subscribing to reports, try using Incognito mode or clearing your cache.

  2. Navigate to the ‘Reports’ tab via the upper System Navigation ribbon.

  1. Navigate to the Reports folder (e.g., UAT Demo Reports).

  2. Right-click on the folder and select Open in New Tab

  3. Select the Report you wish to subscribe (in this example the ‘Study Summary’ Report). Via the dropdown select ‘Subscribe’.

  1. The Report Subscription page displays offering the user a wide variety of different options.

  1. Specify the e-mail address on the ‘To’ Field. Then select the ‘Render Format’ (the format in which the Report will be attached – ex. XML, CSV).

  1. Click on the ‘Select Schedule’ button located between the Report Parameter Values and the Subscription processing options. Click ‘Ok’ once the scheduling options are selected.

  1. Click ‘Ok’ on primary Report Subscription page to complete the subscription.
