How to Delete a study

To complete this task users will need to have the ‘Study Administrator’ permission in their user profile.

  1. Navigate to the desired study. You can use the search bar for locating the study.

  1. Within the overview tab of the Study Workspace, select the ‘More Action’ button. From the dropdown window, you will be able to select the desired action.

If you are checked out, the "More Actions" button will display the "Cancel Check-out" option. You can either save and check in the study if you have made any edits or choose "Cancel Check-out" if you do not wish to save any changes made to the study.

If you are Checked-In , the ‘More Action’ button will have the Delete Study and Complete Study options.

  1. Select ‘Delete Study’, a Delete Study window will display with the message “Please enter a reason for Deleting the study. You will receive the “this study has been deleted”.

To enable a deleted study, a user with the Advanced Study Permission can use More Actions to reactivate the study.

How to Complete a Study

To complete this task users will need to have the ‘Study Administrator’ permission in their user profile.

  1. Within the overview window, select the ‘More Action’ button. From the dropdown window, you will be able to select the desired action.

  1. Select the ‘Complete Study’, a Complete Study window will display with the message “Please enter a reason for Completing the study. You will receive the “this study has been deleted”

This action can be reversed by selecting “Activate Study” from the "More Actions" menu.
