How to Edit and Validate a Form

  1. Upon receiving notification email from Disclose, click on the ‘View Protocol Registration Form’ link in the email. You will be directed to the appropriate form within Disclose.

NOTE: The link embedded in e-mail will always direct the user to the form connected with the issued task (in this example the Protocol Registration Form).

  1. On the ‘Protocol Registration Form’ click on the ‘Check Out’ icon to edit/add data.

  1. Navigate to the tab where data entry/modification is required. Click on ‘Edit’ link to modify the desired fields.

  1. Click on the ‘Save’ link to record the changes made on the tab

  1. Once the editing is complete, click on the ‘Save’ icon and then click on the ‘Check In’ icon to check in the form.

  1. Once you have finished making edits to the form, you can validate it by clicking on the "Validate" button.

  2. The validation bar displays under the tab header when the form is validated and in sync.   3. Navigate to the ‘Tasks ‘tab on the left navigation panel to access your task. On the Tasks List, select ‘Edit Protocol Registration Form’. The Workflow task panel will appear on the screen

  1. On the Workflow Task panel which appears as a Pop-up window, click on the ‘Mark Task Complete’ which serves as confirmation that the task is complete
