Users with the same name already exists

When we are trying to inactive users in the Disclose we are getting "User with the same name already exists." error.

Resolution:

This is occurring because there is a trailing space in the username.

You can correct this by removing the space and changing the username to a different value (i,e, test1) and saving the user. You can then edit the user again to change the username back to the original value (i,e, test).
