Some customers have reported that when they don't have a EudraCT number for CTIS results, the CTIS Submission cannot be created and the following message is displayed:
Submission cannot be created because the following criteria was not met: EudraCT Number not found. Please enter this Secondary Identifier from the Study Properties section of the study. The Compliance Authority is European Medicines Agency (EudraCT) and Registry Id type.
Setting the Compliance Authority assessments correctly will allow the CTIS Results Submission to be created without a EudraCT ID.
CTIS Results assessment = Yes
EudraCT Results assessment = No
