Issue:
On CTGOV, Expanded Access studies Locations status is controlled by the Expanded Access Status field. The options for Expanded Access Status are "Available", "No longer available", "Temporarily not available", and "Approved for marketing".
An Expanded Access study in Disclose, displays Location Recruiting Status options that are not applicable for an Expanded Access study, for example, "Recruiting". Submission records containing Location Recruitment Statuses will upload successfully to PRS. PRS will disregard the Location Recruitment Status data.
Workaround:
For Expanded Access studies, please ignore the Recruitment Status that may be selected in the PRF > Locations. This data will be disregarded by PRS.
Proposed Resolution:
ADO-2105 has been raised to address this issue in a future release.
