Issue:
Compliance Events which are created when required data is missing will display an error message indicating the data which is missing. Upon entering the missing data and checking in the study, the Compliance Event still displays the error message and does not calculate a Due Date.
For example, if EudraCT Results are assessed to "Yes" but the Study Completion Date (Actual or Anticipated) has not yet been entered in the Study Properties screen, the Initial Results Disclosure Compliance Event will display the following error message "Study Completion Date must be specified on the study to calculate Initial Results Disclosure". Upon adding the Study Completion Date and checking in the study, the Compliance Event error message does not get removed.
Workaround:
Set the Results Assessment to "Unassessed", enter a comment and save / check in the study. Then set the Results Assessment to "Yes", select a Reason and save / check in the study. The Compliance Event error message will no longer be displayed and the Due Date will be calculated.
