Issue:
Studies that do not have the “allowImport” attribute specified in the XML will set the checkbox "allow import to overwrite" correctly in the XML. However, the locations grid does not display the checkmark indicating that the location record can be overwritten by the import.
Note, the import action of an XML without the attribute removes the flag value from the locations grid, However, the attribute to allow the import to overwrite is set correctly in the XML and displayed in the location properties. The screenshot below depicts that even though the flag is not appearing on the master location grid, it is still associated with the location record.
Workaround:
Import XML to be updated to include "AllowImport" flag set to True.
Proposed Resolution:
ADO-2062 has been raised to address this issue.
Affected Version:
All.
