How to Add Custom Compliance Authority?

  • Navigate to the Admin section and select Compliance Authorities from the left navigation panel.

  • Click "Add" to open the Compliance Authority Details pop-up.

  • Fill in the required fields: Name, Display Name, Internal Name, and Type. Customize other preferences as needed, such as time zone, region, etc.

  • Click Save to apply the changes.

  • Navigate to the desired study and go to its Compliance tab.

  • Under Compliance Authorities (CA), click "Add".

  • Select the custom CA and click "Add" in the pop-up box.

  • The custom CA will now appear in the list of other CAs.

  • Check in and check out the study.

  • Note: . You can create a workflow with due date for an attachment type for the custom compliance authority. Upload an attachment or a blank document in the "Attachment" section of the study using before moving to the next step. Click on Save.

  • Now Go to Custom Compliance Authority you added and click "Add" to create a compliance event. Fill in the required details: Compliance Event Type, Attachment, Workflow Template, Title, Due Date, and Reason, then click Save.

  • The custom compliance event will be created.

  • Click on the custom compliance event.

  • Check in and check out the study again.

  • Once you check out, the workflow event will be created for the study.
