Study Dates (e.g. Study Start Date, Primary Completion Date, Study Completion Date) which are Anticipated and within 10 calendar days in the past, will be accepted by ClinicalTrials.gov. Additionally, Disclose does not display a validation error message on the Protocol Registration Form for these date scenarios. A Submission record having study dates which are Anticipated and within 10 calendar days in the past will upload and release successfully on PRS.
Please note that once 10 calendar days have passed, the Submission record on PRS may then display a validation error message that "Anticipated [date] cannot be in the past".
A Submission which has anticipated study dates greater than 10 calendar days in the past will not be auto-released on PRS from Disclose. A Validation error message will be displayed at upload (and within the Protocol Registration Form) stating that "Anticipated [date] cannot be in the past".
