How to populate the Number Analyzed and Category per row for an Outcome Measure

SUMMARY

When data for an Outcome Measure is presented in multiple rows, and the analysis population for a row is different from the overall analysis population, the Number of Analyzed per row should be populated to specify the numbers of participants or units per row.

When there is only one row per Outcome Measure, the Number of Analyzed will always be the same as the Overall Analysis Population and thus should be uneditable.
