SUMMARY
Sometimes people lose the email with a task link, need a quick reminder to get some work done, or simply need to be informed. Now you can send reminder to emails to task assignees and include non-system users!
How to send an Email on Demand:
Click on the three dots next to the task you wish to change. Click on Send Task Notification:
Confirm the user(s) in the To: field. There is also an option to add a CC recipient by clicking the Add button. Type a Custom Message if desired. Click Send Notification and all specified recipients will receive the email:
