How to identify studies with QA Comments (Major Comments only)
Click on the ‘Browse’ tab located on the top menu bar and select PRS Comments Status.
On the PRS Comments Status list, click on the desired study.
By selecting the study, Disclose will prompt you to the study Home screen. A “QA Comments Due: date, View Compliance Events, and View Review Comments” will appear on the upper right-hand corner
Click on the “View Compliance Events” link which will take you to the compliance screen.
Click on the “Results QA Comments Response” compliance event to start the workflow
Follow the workflow steps to complete the QA Comments compliance event
Reminder that the study must be “checked out” to be able to manually start the workflow.
Please note that Advisory Comments will not be displayed in Disclose. PRS doesn't require responses for the Advisory Comments as they do for Major Comments and as such it is not available in their Comments API for Disclose to receive.
