Click on the ‘Reports’ tab located on the top menu bar and a window will display the SQL Server Reporting Services Home. In the SQL Server window, you can select the folder option listed below. For this example, we will be using the ‘UAT Sandbox Reports’.

Click on the ‘UAT Sandbox Reports’ folder to open the folder. Within the folder you will be able to select the available reports for download.

Select the desired report for download, for this example we are using the ‘Active Users’ Report.

The selected report will display in the window. You can download the report in the following formats – XML, CSV, PDF, MHTML, Excel, TIFF, and Word. Select the desired format and download.
