STEP 1: Setting up Data Field(s) to Detect Changes
Log in to Disclose.
Navigate to the ‘Administration’ tab via the upper System Navigation ribbon. On the Administration Workspace, click on the ‘Data Dictionary’ tab located on the left-hand side on the screen
On the Data Dictionary page, click on the ‘Owning Entity’ Dropdown field (Study, Protocol Registration Form, etc). Select the desired entity and click ‘Edit’ to change Detect Changes to ‘true’ for fields that you would like to receive notifications on.
STEP 2: Subscribe to receive Email Notification(s)
Navigate to the ‘User Profile’ tab (displayed as your name initials) located next to the "Search for Study" field, and click on it.
Click on the ‘Subscriptions’ tab, located under settings on the left-hand side of the screen.
On the User Subscriptions list, highlight the ‘Study Data Change Notification’ option and click on the checkbox located under ‘Check to Subscribe’ column and click on ‘Save’.
