Issue
For customers which have Auto-Assessment enabled:
Study Import records may set certain compliance assessments to "Yes" which may be associated with the auto-generation of an attachment. For example, when assessing PLS to "Yes", the PLS attachment is auto-generated in the Study > Attachments section. If the user, who is importing the XML, does not have the permissions to create an Attachment, the import will fail to sync with the message "Access to the path... is denied".
Resolution
Grant the user a role which is associated with the "Create Attachment" permission. Please reach out to Support for assistance with identifying these roles, if needed.
