Issue
In the ERF, when the D. Results Analysis Stage > Global end of trial date reached? is answered "No" and there is no date in the "Global end of trial date" field, the UK subjects are being counted incorrectly in the EEA total, in the form UI and in the PDF version of the Submission. This affects submission of results to CTIS as the process is to download the PDF and upload this to CTIS for results submission.
Note: if you are downloading the ERF Submission XML for upload to EudraCT, this is not affected by this issue as the EEA Total will be displayed correctly in EudraCT results.
Workaround
You will need to add a comment to this field to indicate that Please reach out to Support for assistance with fixing the PDF for Submission to CTIS.
Resolution
A change request has been logged (ADO-112836) and is expected to be available in the 2.24 Disclose Release (subject to change).
