Issue
Importing in only AEs to the ERF will cause issues with the CTIS fields. The CTIS fields will not be able to be saved and cannot accept the data sync from the Study Properties. Once this issue is introduced, this can only be resolved with a script. In the screenshot below, the starting tag is the <adverseEvents> which will cause issues.
Workaround
Have your programming team add the <result> and <trialInformation> wrapper XML tags to the EudraCT safety XML files, or reach out to [email protected] and we will add the wrapper XML tags for you. Please do this before importing the XML into Disclose.
Resolution
This issue is being tracked as ADO-83927 and will be resolved in a future release.
