Issue:
When a Statistical Analysis Group is added before the Reporting Group, on upload of the Submission to EudraCT Results, the following upload error is displayed:
Upload submission to EudraCT.cvc-complex-type.2.4.a: Invalid content was found starting with element 'armComparisonGroupId'. One of '{subjectAnalysisSetComparisonGroupId}' is expected.
The issue is that the order of elements in the underlying XML is not in the order expected by EudraCT.
Steps to reproduce:
Add a Statistical Analysis to an Endpoint
In the Statistical Analysis, check "Add Subject Analysis Group" and enter data in the required fields
Save the Statistical Analysis
Check in the ERF
Check out the ERF
Edit the Statistical Analysis and add a Reporting Group
Save the Statistical Analysis
Check in the ERF
Create a submission
Upload submission to EudraCT
Upload will be rejected by EudraCT
Workaround:
Reach out to TrialScope Support ([email protected]) to correct the ordering of the XML elements via an import file.
Proposed Resolution:
ADO-27737 has been raised to address this issue in a future Release.
