ERF import without an ageCategoricalCharacteristic element causes "Namespace Manager or XsltContext needed" error when editing the Age Categorical Baseline Characteristic.

Issue:

Importing in a EudraCT Results XML which is missing the ageCategoricalCharacteristic XML element, will not allow the Baseline Characteristics fields to be updated. When trying to edit and save an update, the following error message is displayed:

Namespace Manager or XsltContext needed. This query has a prefix, variable, or user-defined function

Note: this issue may also occur due to an RRF to ERF sync.

Workaround:

"Reset" the Baseline Characteristics tab by resetting the "How are baseline characteristics being reported?" field:

  1. Check out the ERF

  2. On the Baseline Characteristics tab, change the Reporting Model to "For the overall baseline period". Save the form.

  3. Change the reporting model back to "Per Arm in the Baseline Period". Save the form.

Resolution: ADO-36951 has been raised and will be resolved in a future release.
