RRF to ERF sync: Baseline Characteristics with a single row don't sync total correctly

Issue

When a Baseline Characteristic contains a single row, the RRF to ERF sync doesn't correctly sync the total value. Upon uploading the EudraCT results Submission, the upload fails with the following error message:

Categorical Characteristic: For every reported category a countable value must exist in all characteristic's baseline reporting groups (including totals) and subject analysis sets

Workaround

Please send the Submission XML to [email protected] for assistance with adding in the correct total value.

Resolution:

ADO-35440 has been raised to address this issue in a future release.
