If the Comments panel is collapsed, and the browser is refreshed, the Comment bubble icon (which normally indicate there is a comment on the data field) is no longer displayed. This issue occurs when viewing or editing the form. The impact is that end users may miss comments if the Comments panel is collapsed.

Expand the Comments panel to view comments.

This bug is being tracked as ADO-99313 and will be fixed in a future release.
