Issue: Compliance Event comments disappear after page is reloaded or the browser is refreshed. The comment is saved and retained in the database.
Upon check out of Study A, the CE comment is visible. However, when navigating to Study B, the CE comment from Study A is displayed in error. On browser refresh, the comment incorrectly displayed in Study B disappears.
Workaround: Check out the Compliance Event to view the comment. You may also request for Support to provide a data extract of the Compliance Events comments on demand.
Resolution: This bug is being tracked as ADO-91467 and has been fixed in the Hotfix Release versions listed below. Please reach out to [email protected] to schedule the Hotfix deployment, if desired.
