Issue
When an Attachment Type has been created in Administration > Codes > Attachments and which contains a white space at the end of the Internal Name field, this will prevent Attachments of this type from being uploaded. The upload window will show an Error icon and the attachment will not be uploaded.
Workaround
Navigate to the Administration > Codes > Attachments, select the Attachment Type which has the issue and click "Edit". Remove the extra space at the end of the Internal Name field and click "Save". Attempt to upload the Attachment again in the Study Workspace.
Resolution
ADO-34980 has been raised and will be resolved in a future release.
