ERF AE upload error message displayed "The Alternative Dictionary used is not consistent with the Dictionary Overriden section"

Issue:

The error "The Alternative Dictionary used is not consistent with the Dictionary Overriden section" will display when the dictionaryOverridden tag is set to false, but the dictionary tag is not null for adverse events. An adverse event import file with dictionaryOverridden tag set to false should remove data from the dictionary node for the adverse events.

Workaround:

Reach out to [email protected] for an import file to remove the individual AE dictionary nodes in the XML.

Proposed Resolution:

ADO-17040 has been raised to address this issue in a future Release.
