EudraCT Results upload error "EUTCT ID [100000167503] with version [16] is non current or has never been previously used"

Issue:

The ERF does not display a validation error message but the Submission XML cannot be uploaded. The upload error message displayed by EudraCT Results is "EUTCT ID [100000167503] with version [16] is non current or has never been previously used."

The issue occurs because the Major version for the "Product issues" MedDRA term is 3, but in the XML the version number is 16.

Workaround:

Reach out to [email protected] and we can prepare an import XML to update the version number to "3".

Proposed Resolution:

ADO-32741 has been raised to add a validation error message in Disclose when this data scenario exists.
