Issue:
In the CTA Version History View screen, the field E.8.5.1 is incorrectly displaying data from E.8.6.4. The actual CTA form as well as the CTA Submission does however display the data correctly for E.8.5.1.

CTA Version History View displays data from E.8.6.4 in both E.8.5.1 and E.8.6.4
Workaround:
Please do not use the CTA Version History screen to review data. Data should be reviewed within the CTA form or by PDF files created from the CTA form.
Proposed Resolution:
ADO-35640 has been created and the issue will be resolved in a future Release.
