Issue
In PharmaCM, under the 'Action History' of a study, when a user clicks on the Comments link of an Action, the Comments popup displays for a split second, and is overwritten by a blank Comments screen.
Workaround
Form, Study and Task level comments can be viewed on the ‘Messages’ tab by filtering on Type = "User Comment" and selecting the form, 'Study' or 'Task' from the Entity Type. To view a comment from a manually completed CE, filter on the Type = "User Comment", the Entity Type will be blank.
Resolution
ADO-2207 has been raised to track this issue.
