Invalid Validation Error displayed on RRF - "ERROR: The Protocol Enrollment is less than the number of participants Started. Revise or explain the inconsistency in Pre-assignment Details."

Issue:

RRF displays the following validation error message when number of Participants Started and Protocol Enrollment numbers are correct:

"ERROR: The Protocol Enrollment is less than the number of participants Started. Revise or explain the inconsistency in Pre-assignment Details."

Workaround:

You can ignore this validation error message as the Submission record will upload successfully to ClinicalTrials.gov.

Proposed Resolution:

ADO-21836 has been raised to address this issue in a future Release.
