Issue:
The following validation error message is displayed on the RRF > Outcome Measure tab, but it is unclear where the data error is occurring: "ERROR: An unnecessary explanation for Not Available data has been entered."
When the Participant field is set to "NA" and text is entered and saved in the NA comment field, if you again change the Participant field from "NA" to a value, the NA comment field disappears but the comment text remains in the XML and will cause the validation message to be displayed.
Workaround:
Changing the Participant field back to "NA" will cause the comment field to display and the text can then be removed, and the Participant field changed back to the actual value. If you have difficulty identifying the Participant field associated with the hidden comment, please reach out to [email protected] and we can assist with identifying the field.
Proposed Resolution:
ADO-33812 has been raised to address this issue in a future release.
