EudraCT Submission: Validation discrepancy - "The long-term follow up rationale(s) are missing..."

Issue:

A validation error message is displayed on the EudraCT Results Submission validation tab for The long-term follow up data. The error message flagged is "If the question ‘Long-term follow up planned?’ is yes then select at least one long term follow up rationale.", even when one or more rationale reasons have been provided. The corresponding error message is not raised on the ERF form nor on the EudraCT website upon upload of the XML.

Workaround:

Please refer to the validation messages on the "Trial Information Tab" of the Form for this field.
