ERF: Missing validation for "Long term follow up planned"

Issue:

A validation error does is not raised when the "Long term follow up planned?" field is null on the ERF. An error should display indicating that the question "Long term follow up planned?" is required. Not answering this question results in an upload error on EudraCT.

Workaround:

Be sure to enter an answer for "Long term follow up planned?"

Proposed Resolution:

ADO-2313 is opened to display this validation error in a future version of PharmaCM
