The "Safety Issue" field is still available on Outcome Measures although it is no longer on PRS.

Issue:

Outcome Measures on the RRF contain the field "Safety Issue", which has been deprecated on PRS.

Workaround:

Users can ignore this field.

Proposed Resolution:

ADO-3925 is open to remove this field in a future version of PharmaCM.
