Issue:
The validation message "ALERT: Outcome Measures – Outcome measures from protocol are not used when records include results" appears when a Results submission is sent to the PRS, and both the PRF and RRF contain an Outcome Measures section. Since it is mandatory to include a Protocol section with a results submission, we will see this message on all updates after the initial submission.
The message does not appear on the RRF transform screen, because it is a by-product of the combined submission.
The Alert message returned by PRS is surfaced in the Upload Messages tab associated with the Submission in PharmaCM CT.
Workaround:
In the interim, you may safely ignore this alert. It does not block a successful submission to PRS.
Proposed Resolution:
We have raised ADO-2088 to remove the Protocol OM's from combined submissions. This enhancement will be included in a future update of PharmaCM CT.
