Issue:
Importing an ERF Import file that contains an Adverse Event with a non-current system organ class version number will set the version number for the system organ class to the non-current version in the ERF. ERF submissions that contain an Adverse Event with a non-current system organ class version number will fail when uploaded to EudraCT with the following error:
EUTCT ID [...] with version [...] is non current or has never been previously used.
Workaround:
Reach out to TrialScope Support and reference CR 31002. TrialScope Support will prepare and ERF import that contains the current version number for the system organ class.
To prevent this from occurring, ERF Import files should only use the current version number for the system organ class. The current version number for the system organ class can be found on https://spor.ema.europa.eu/rmswi/#/lists/100000000006/terms by selecting the Term Name and expanding the Operational Attributes section.
Proposed Resolution:
CR 42935 is open to validate ERF imports for non-current system organ class version numbers in a future version of PharmaCM.
