Issue:
On the Locations tab of the PRF, the Central Contact and Central Contact Backup fields have an option to "Lookup Contact" when editing the fields. This menu allows users to select a contact from the "Available Contacts" table in the Administration Workspace and automatically populates the contact fields with the data from the table. The "Lookup Contact" dropdown menu does not filter out inactive contact which may result in a user selecting an inactive contact for these fields.
Workaround:
Users can edit the first name of the contact to indicate that the contact is inactive so that other users know not to use the inactive contact.
Proposed Resolution:
ADO-2354 has been opened to resolve this issue in a future version of PharmaCM.
