Error "is_in_phase_one" is received when trying to Import a CTA Submission to EudraCT. This is because localized elements are missing in the CTA Submission XML. This should only occur for older studies.

Please send the final CTA Submission to <a href="mailto:support@trialscope.com" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">support@trialscope.com</a> We will enter in the localized elements into the XML to make it ready for a EudraCT import.

ADO-2042 is no longer reproducible and should not be encountered with new studies.
