Issue:
PharmaCM uploads the data to PRS Prod using a TrialScope account 'dummy' study for validation. Because we are using a dummy study we don't have a view into the actual record associated with the study on PRS. As such, we use some other indicators to check if Results exist. We make a determination on whether results exist by checking if there are submissions that have results, results release date from the Pub report, a completed IRD CE, etc.
There is an issue with the logic that determines if results are present that needs to be enhanced.
Proposed Resolution:
ADO-2360 has been fixed in 2.23.1.
Workaround:
Users can safely disregard this message as it will not affect successful release.
