Using the Browse Tab in Disclose (Version 2.17 and above)
The ‘Browse’ tab is full of ways to find study information. Instead of mindlessly searching through study records, use the filter to make the job more manageable.
In my example below, I needed to find all messages concerning “Upload failed” created by a particular user (PharmaCM Admin). At first glance, there are almost 200,000 messages to search. Not Fun…
However, I’ll speed up the process by filtering for my known items using the following steps:
Step 1:
Choose ‘Messages’ from the ‘Browse’ Tab menu
Step 2
Click the
button
Step 3
Search “Upload failed” in the ‘Text’ field and “PharmaCM Admin” in the ‘Created By’ field
Done! That filtered it down from almost 200,000 total messages to a more manageable 26 messages.
