Pre-requisite:
Data is entered on the Clinicaltrials.gov Results Form.
User is logged into Pharma CM and has selected the desired study
Navigate to the Study Workspace panel and click on the ‘Compare’ feature.
On the Source section, click on the source field dropdown and select ‘ResultsRegForm’. On the version field, click on the dropdown and select the latest version. Proceed to the Target section. On the target field dropdown, select ‘EudraCtResultsForm’. On the version field, select the latest version from the dropdown
Note: If there is already data in the EudraCT form, it will be overwritten with data in the ClinicalTrials.gov Results Form after the completion of the next step.
Click Sync Source to Target. The following message will display. Click Yes to overwrite data on the ERF with data on the RRF.
Navigate to the ERF by selecting Forms from the Study Workspace and verify that the data has been successfully copied over.
Note: The spreadsheet titled “RRF-ERF Mapping” contains the field by field mapping from the ClinicalTrials.gov Results Form to the EudraCT Results Form.
