Issue
This issue infrequently occurs where an action is performed in Disclose, the audit trail is in the database, but the Study > Action History screen fails to display the activity. This may impact other activities that reference the Action History screen such as automated exports to external websites, some custom reports, etc.
Fix
We have created a scheduled job that can be enabled for Disclose upon customer request. This job will run daily to identify any issues and ensure the Action Record is made visible in Disclose at the time the job is executed.
