When there are many Endpoints, upon clicking on the "Reorder" feature, the pop-up window displays a vertical scrollbar. When trying to drag-and-drop an Endpoint that requires scrolling, the UI does not allow this.

A bug has been logged (ADO-108492) and will be resolved in a future release.
