RRF: Quoted text in the "Measure Analysis Population Description" on a Baseline Characteristic on RRF prevents further edits

Issue:

When quotation characters are introduced in the RRF > Baseline Characteristics > Measure Analysis Population Description field, the field cannot be further edited.

Workaround:

Please reach out to [email protected] for assistance. We will provide an import XML to remove the quotation characters.

Resolution:

A bug has been raised (ADO-30418) and will be addressed in a future release.
