Due to an ERF to RRF data sync bug, the RRF Submission Preview of the Participant Flow section may display Total for Reasons not Completed out of order and appear to be incorrect.

You can choose to ignore the Print Preview as this will upload correctly to PRS.

However, if you wish to fix this in the Print Preview, please reach out to <a href="mailto:Support@TrialScope.com" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Support@TrialScope.com </a>and we can reorder data in the XML.

ADO-35572 has been raised and will be fixed in a future release.
