Study cannot be checked in and error message "Object reference not set to an instance of an object" is displayed when empty Secondary ID is added

Issue:

If a Secondary ID is added in the Study Properties but no ID is entered, when the study is attempted to be Checked in, the following system error message will be displayed and the study will not be able to be checked in: Object reference not set to an instance of an object".

Workaround:

Remove the empty Secondary ID from Study Properties and check in the study.

Proposed Resolution:

ADO-55452 has been raised to address this issue in a future release.
