Uploading an attachment with special characters in the filename causes a TypeError

Issue:

Uploading an Attachment which has special characters in the filename will fail to upload and cause a TypeError to be displayed:

"TypeError: Failed to execute 'setRequestHeader' on 'XMLHttpRequest': Value is not a valid ByteString."

Special characters which will cause this issue include:

Em dash (–)

Ellipsis (…)

Workaround:

Update the filename to avoid the use of special characters.

All versions.

Proposed Resolution:

ADO-28397 has been raised to address this issue in a future Release.
